Rev. Joshua Belcher, the Youth Pastor, leads an aggressive and dynamic youth program. He oversees 3 Teen Sunday Schools and 2 “drive-in” teens’ classes during the second Church service, averaging 150 teens each Sunday. During the week he directs an after school Soul Winning class followed by student visitation. He directs a “Teen Church” on Wednesday evenings and on Thursday he conducts a chapel service for the Carroll Christian Schools. Rev. Josh develops and conducts youth group activities for Church teens.

Dr. Rick Holbrook, came to the Church of the Open Door in 1980. In 1985 the Lord called him to be a missionary, but in 2003 returned to become the Bus Pastor. He is now the Pastoral Care Pastor which includes visiting and praying with those who are having surgery, who are hospitalized or recovering from illness, and all new members of the church. Dr. Holbrook teaches the Auditorium Bible Class and is the Director of the Reformers Unanimous Program which ministers to those struggling with various addictions.

Rev. Todd Comstock, Jr., the Bus Pastor, oversees 16 bus routes, workers and drivers. He maintains and directs the use of the Church of the Open Door bus and van fleet. Rev. Comstock helps in the children’s and teens ministries. He has developed and is responsible for a new Church Spanish Ministry.

Rev. Christopher Carabell, the Children’s Pastor, oversees several exciting ministries including; two Sunday morning Children’s Church services, for ages 6-12, “Boot the Mule” program for ages 4-5, and our Wednesday night Master Clubs program. Rev. Carabell also facilitates DivorceCare and DivorceCare for Kids for families who are struggling with divorce. He is also in charge of the GriefShare program, a support group for those who have lost loved ones. Rev. Carabell oversees Summer Stomp Children’s Camp, Dynamite Club, and Neighborhood Bible Time (VBS) during the summer months
