SYMPATHY: to Mike and Darlene Mangum at the passing of their niece, Jaime Patterson, on Monday, June 13. Visitation will be at Faith Baptist Church in Glen Burnie, on Friday, June 17, from 3 until 5pm, with the funeral service beginning at 6pm.
NURSERY WORKERS/CHECK-IN HELPERS: Sunday Evening Nurseries are planning to OPEN soon! Volunteers are needed to work just one Sunday evening a month to help care for infants and children under age 4, or to assist families getting their littles ones checked in. We also need additional Check-in helpers during Sunday morning service and Sunday school times as well. If you are able to fill more than one spot, it would be a blessing! RED ENVELOPES: Today is the last day to turn in your donations towards the Teen’s mission trip. Envelopes are still available on the table in the foyer, if you can help. The teens leave this Wednesday, June 22, so please keep them in prayer.

From My Heart
There are so many strange things happening in our country that make no sense whatsoever! Many of the unusual things happening in our nation seemingly have no rational explanation for why they are happening. There seems to be too many weird occurrences happening at the same time for it all to be coincidental. What are the odds of these things all happening at the same time, if they are not being done on purpose?
Think for a moment of some of these events! There is a doubling of the price of a gallon of gasoline, a new virus called “monkey-pox,” which is coming fresh on the heels of the Covid 19 virus and its variations. There are the supply-chain issues that are causing our grocery stores to experience more and more empty shelves. Of course, there is record inflation, which is driving up the price of everything we purchase. There is instability in the Stock Market, which is impacting millions of American’s retirement plans! Crime is up across the country, as murderous gangs of thugs rule the streets of our major cities. Drugs are pouring across our southern border, as the Biden Administration has the border wide-open!
It almost seems like these events are happening “on purpose.” There is a huge effort to strip away the Second Amendment and to reshape the First Amendment by restricting speech that the Liberal Left does not approve of! I could go on and on giving you issue after issue of strange things happening in our country. Are these just “coincidences” or is something much more sinister at work?
Recently, there has been a string of suspicious arsonists setting fire to food processing plants in America. Since January, dozens and dozens of good facilities have been torched and burned to the ground. In a fire in Minnesota, on May 28th a 600-foot-long structure was burned, while full of chickens. The massive fire consumed tens of thousands of chickens. This farm sells 3 million eggs a day! Truth is, there have been seven large farms in the U.S. in the last two weeks where mysterious fires have broken out in the middle of the night!
Many economists are predicting we are going to face severe food shortages in the next few months! Coincidence? Or could this be another way of controlling the nation and forcing more and more people to depend on the government? I don’t know what is happening, but I do know the odds of all these things happening at the same time are really making me wonder what these power-hungry Communists running our country are up to! I do not trust any of them to make the right decision for the welfare of the country.
