SYMPATHY: to Kitty Luers at the passing of her husband, Robert (Bob) Luers, on Monday, February 24. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 27, from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral Home in Westminster. A service will be held on Friday, February 28, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
