From My Heart

I want to say a great big “THANK YOU” to everyone who made “Bring a Friend Day” and the Chili Fellowship work so well. We had many visitors and there was such a good spirit throughout the entire day. Thank you for working so hard to get folks here. I am pretty sure Dan and Brenda McLaughlin had the spiciest chili! It was delicious and I enjoyed it although it was a little spicy - but it was a good kind of spicy! I saw a few folks eating it with sweat running down their temples and foreheads! So, it was a little warm.

We are excited about the Living Cross being just a week away. On Sunday, April 13, at 7:00 p.m. we will have the first of four presentations. We like to do the first presentation for our church family, to sort of try everything out on our folks. This year we will be doing a new drama, and the message of the Gospel will be clear. I know our folks will say, “Well, I have seen the Living Cross before.” You have not seen this one because it is new.

This last week, Elon Musk and his DOGE people uncovered billions of dollars more in fraudulent spending. The money being wasted in our country is unbelievable! It seems that the Federal Government of the United States is just a huge “slush fund” for the Democrats to enrich their coffers, pay off their cronies, and get judges and the Attorney General to do their bidding. I hope when this excessive spending is uncovered that some charges will be filed, and these people will be held to account for stealing from the taxpayers!

It has also been discovered recently that Tesla vehicles have cameras built into them, and they record everything that goes on around the car. The man who set six Teslas on fire, and who even set the dealership on fire, was caught and is now looking at multiple years in prison. And many others have had their picture taken and have also been found and arrested for “Domestic Terrorism.” What is wrong with our world today? I think the American conscience has been seared with a hot iron!

What these folks do not understand is that when they vandalize a Tesla, they are not hurting Elon Musk, they are hurting the person who owns the vehicle! The owner is the one who must get the car repaired. If they have insurance, they risk their insurance premiums going up!

People are going to go to jail for being so full of liberal rage they would vandalize someone’s vehicle. There was a video earlier this last week of a man harassing a Tesla owner on the highway, and (of course) the cameras were rolling, and the fellow held a handgun out the window to scare the Tesla driver. The man went from simply being a hothead to committing a felony by pointing a gun at a person. I suppose he will have his picture on Court TV this coming week! Pray for America.

Have a wonderful day, and may the Lord bless you richly.

Pastor Norris
