CONGRATULATIONS: to Frank & Ginny Elgersma, who have been blessed with twin great-grands. Rion Michael (5 lbs., 5 oz.) and his sister, Rayden Harlow (4 lbs., 9 oz.), were born on Friday, September 11. The proud parents are Ray & Holley Welker.
