From My Heart
Satan is the master deceiver and is the greatest liar the world has ever known. The Lord Jesus said of Satan, in John 8:44, “…He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” When he lied to Eve in the Garden of Eden, that lie led to her being deceived and tricked into eating the fruit of the tree that was in the midst of the garden.
Using the “law of first mention” we can learn something about the devil. The “law of first mention” is a Bible study principle by which God indicates in the first mention of a subject, the truth with which that subject throughout the rest of the Bible stands connected in the mind of God. The first time Satan is mentioned in the Bible, he is subtle, he is lying, he is questioning the Word of God, and every other time he is seen speaking in the Bible, he is doing the same thing!
The Apostle Paul tells us Satan is the god of this world. He is the one who is still lying and using his subtlety to deceive men. He blinds millions and millions across this planet through false religion and with false gods. For example, the Muslim god Allah is no god! The Muslim god Allah is not the Jehovah God of the Bible. They are not the same God. Allah is none other than the LIAR himself - Lucifer! The false gods of religion are nothing more than Satan’s way of deceiving men into thinking they are doing those things that appease God! Multiplied millions of people across the planet have been deceived into believing in a god, who is not the Jehovah God of the Bible.
Yet Satan continues to deceive! Please pray for America as the election draws near. It is amazing to me how our country can be so easily persuaded to follow the pathway of lies and deceit that leads to Socialism. For years now, Kamala Harris has stood with the Socialist agenda and voted with Bernie Sanders and Chuck Schumer right down the line. But now she comes out and says she is not against fracking, not against the Second Amendment, not against raising taxes, and she is even saying she is for closing the southern border, and it goes on and on where she has flip-flopped on major issues. All these things she has stood against in the past, but now has laughed and exclaimed she has had a change of heart! I do not believe that for one minute.
On MSNBC, Bernie Sanders was asked by one of their hosts, “Why has Kamala flipped her position on all these issues?" Bernie said, “Well, she is running for the highest office in the land, so she is going to say whatever she has to say to get elected!” In other words, she is lying! She has not had a change of heart on all these issues - it is all a lie! When will folks ever learn! I don’t want to live under a Socialist government.
I don’t want to have liberal politicians in Washington, DC making decisions for me! Pray for our nation and pray we see what the “Wicked One” is trying to do to America.
